The winter chill hit harder than expected!!! A more robust heating solution for chilly nights would be appreciated!!! Not quite enough blankets provided to make up for the cold. It would be nice to know about this beforehand!!!

Friendly staff consistently went above and beyond, even providing warm Berber coats for dinner during the chilly nights. However, the absence of an elevator made accessing the third-floor room a challenge, and the heating could be enhanced as the nights were quite cold. A bit more variety in dinner options would have improved the dining experience as well.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, engaging with us during breakfast and dinner. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, highlighting traditional Berbere style. The pool area was lovely, and the meals were absolutely delicious, with dinner being plentiful and thoughtfully prepared.
